Dear readers, I am working on several projects at the moment (more details coming soon). But the project closest to release is Awkward Phrasing! I am proud to announce that a free – two story – introduction to The Bright Report is coming exclusively to Amazon Kindle.
Yes, I said free!
This way you can get a taste of the kinds of stories you can find in the main volumes of the Bright Report. Without paying for entry, that is.
My hope is that you find a connection to my writing. Perhaps this free sample will convince you of my work.
What to Expect
Awkward Phrasing will include the following:
- An Introduction by the Editor, Mr Balding
- Two stories:
- How I Survived the Internship Program
- [REDACTED STORY]
- Tiny previews of both Volume 1 & 2 (coming soon)
- Tiny added extras
And, yes, it’s entirely free.
I’m proud to present the cover of Awkward Phrasing. It is simple and clean (at least, I hope so). I’m trying to keep things consistent.
Not only that, this sleek black number contains (obvious) clues to the upcoming main titles.
Please let me know what you think. I greatly value your feedback – not only on the cover, but also on the stories. I am trying to write stories that serve you, the reader.
The Bright Report
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank those that have supported Volume 1 of the Bright Report – especially my friends and family. You guys are helping me make this work!
Thanks to all the strangers that took a gamble on an unknown writer and an unknown franchise. I think we can turn it into something great.
If you’ve read Volume 1, I would really appreciate an honest review on Amazon or Goodreads. Reviews really help to keep the book alive.
More news on Volume 2 coming soon!
Side Note: If you like eBooks – free or not – why don’t you check you the Kindle Unlimited Membership Plans! For a small monthly fee, you can buy, borrow, and get millions of titles from all other the world!
In the meantime, you can read a selection of free short stories here on the site! This should give you an idea of my writing style. Jargon, in particular, has the same kind of tone as the Bright Report stories. That story has proven to be quite popular (for some reason).
Have a look and leave a comment. I’d love to know what you think. Feedback is the only way I can grow.
The Last Word
Now it’s time to make your voice heard. What do you think? What do you think of the cover and the title?
Also, please let me know if you’re going to download the free book. Comment below.
